Hi!

WpChimp is a WordPress and web developmen/design related blog. Here we are planning to publish free themes, widgets, plugins and tutorials on various subjects.

Its in alpha. Means: it doesn’t even have its own theme and design:) but there are content waiting to be published. So we decided to launch it half naked with an interesting WordPress theme which is available to download for free.

WpChimp proudly presents 38 Percent Grey

38PG is a minimalistic but feature full theme. You can preview it here (and if you are an early bird you see it already). It has a one column sidebar with unique and special collapsible widgets. You dont have to install anything and dont have to name the widgets in a special way in order to make them collapsible. Just copy the theme files into your themes directory, activate the theme and thats it. Although the theme wouldnt work without Alex King’s “Share This” plugin right now, but we will release a naked version soon. We recommend you to download and install the share-this plugin for various reasons: its free and its genius.
We have to tell you that 38PG is a sponsored theme and it has 3 sponsored links embedded in the footer. 38PG is free and you can do whatever you want to do with it, but if you use it on your blog, pleas do not try to remove those links.
It has a few files encrypted to ensure the safety of the sponsors. But if you want to explore its functions (the collapsible widgets for instance) just leave a comment here. I will try and respons each and every request but be prepared that it may takes some time.
